Job Purpose:
Seeking a motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls/emails from customers regarding their accounts.

- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
