About the Team Interactions Recruitment Drive:
Responsible for managing queues, skills, and profiles, identifying resource gaps, and proactively adjusting staffing to align with volumes and anomalies.
What You Will Be Doing Interactions Recruitment Drive:
- Monitor queue metrics and contact center staff performance in real-time within internal systems to ensure service level expectations are met.
- Coordinate emerging issues, gather operational feedback, attend technical bridge calls, and engage Incident Management based on priority levels.
- Adjust real-time metrics (Service Levels, Timeouts, Accuracy, Response Time) against defined thresholds.
- Adapt intraday forecasts based on business drivers to determine required staffing levels using current trends and historical data.
- Manage real-time skill-based call routing for optimal service levels.
