The Regional Finance Development Program is designed to identify and nurture top early-in-career talent across the APAC region. This 2 to 2.5-year program offers you the chance to engage in experiential learning through rotations in various functions and roles, enhancing your skills and preparing you for a successful finance career.

Your Profile
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields; CA/CFA/MBA/CIMA preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Finance, preferably within the Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Tech, or Consulting industries.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Global Mindset: Willingness to embrace regional/global mobility during and after the program.
- Analytical Skills: Strong structured problem-solving abilities and strategic analytical skills.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication and influencing skills for collaboration in local and global networks.
- Tech Savvy: Passionate about leveraging new technologies, including AI and machine learning, to drive productivity and financial transparency.
- Team Player: Comfortable working in self-managed, cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of business innovation.
