Sense, a high-growth HR Tech SaaS startup, is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join the Customer Success Management (CSM) Engineering Team in Bengaluru. This internship offers an opportunity to play an active role in shaping and developing products and processes.
Responsibilities For Join Sense as a Software Engineer Intern in Bengaluru!:
- Troubleshoot issues across the entire technology stack, from front-end to back-end.
- Provide engineering solutions to existing issues in the system, including debugging and providing code changes to resolve them.
- Offer tactical and strategic solutions to features that bring stability and scalability across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and development teams to design, build, and maintain systems.
- Develop customer support tools and automation processes for debugging complex issues.
- Proactively identify and address system reliability risks to maintain optimal system performance.
- Work alongside existing global and regional team members on a follow-the-sun basis.
- Represent the CSM Engineering team in design reviews and operational readiness exercises for new and existing services.
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to Customer Success and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Continuously learn about new technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and improve the system’s overall performance.
