Sense, a high-growth HR Tech SaaS startup, is seeking a Technical Support Intern to join the Technical Support & Customer Success team in Bengaluru. This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to shaping and developing products and processes while gaining valuable hands-on experience in technical support.
Responsibilities Join Sense as a Technical Support Intern in Bengaluru:
- Assist the Technical Support & Customer Success team in responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients and providing solutions to their problems.
- Use customer support software and ticketing tools to track client issues and follow up with clients as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer support experience and suggest actionable solutions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements Join Sense as a Technical Support Intern in Bengaluru:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred (B Tech/BE or similar).
