Position: Customer Support Intern
The primary purpose of this role is to:
- Provide Product Support: Assist customers via telephone and/or internet (instant messaging, email) to resolve product-related inquiries.
- Monitoring: Conduct application, infrastructure, and database monitoring.
- Problem Assessment: Assess the nature of product or service issues and effectively resolve support problems.
- Feedback Management: Maintain a log of product issues and convey customer feedback to the product development team.
