Kipi’s Empower, Engage and Nurture (KEEN) Program is a Scholarship Program designed for college graduates with a degree in Information Technology (IT) or Computer Science. It aims to train and certify individuals in Snowflake, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds or lower-income families struggling to secure employment in the market. The program includes comprehensive training, skill-building, upskilling to industry standards, personality development, and a stipend.
Vision Kipi Internship Drive:
The program aims to empower engineering and IT graduates from underrepresented backgrounds affected by social or economic challenges by providing them with training and certification in Snowflake, thereby enhancing their career prospects and creating opportunities within the Snowflake ecosystem.
Eligibility Kipi Internship Drive:
- Indian nationals between the ages of 18 and 23.
- Diploma or degree holders in information technology or computer science from a recognized university. Students in their final year (8th semester) or awaiting results are also eligible.
- Applicants must demonstrate financial need, and proof of financial income will be required during the application process.
- Applicants should not be receiving any other scholarship or holding another internship/job.
