Job Description:
- Main Purpose: To gain hands-on experience in Human Resources by assisting with a variety of administrative tasks and projects.
- Duration: 3 months
- Work Hours: Flexible
- Reporting To: Not specified
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee files.
- Prepare and process basic HR paperwork.
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or a recent postgraduate).
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
