Description MSCI Recruitment Drive:
Join the MSCI Index Input Data Operations team to ensure the accuracy and quality of data used in constructing MSCI’s products, including equity indexes, risk models, and ESG ratings. As an index input data analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and maintaining input data, conducting quality assessments, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance data processes.
Responsibilities MSCI Recruitment Drive:
- Own end-to-end management of Index Input Data, including processing, validation, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with data vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data ingestion.
- Implement data quality checks and address discrepancies promptly.
- Onboard new data sources and integrate them seamlessly into existing systems.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on data quality analysis to relevant committees.
- Ensure compliance with index guidelines and policies.
- Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Skills and Experience MSCI Recruitment Drive:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial Services, Broking, or Capital Markets.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of technologies and programming skills (Python, SQL, Power BI).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
