Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the Call Management team for customer inquiries and service requests.
- Work with customers in the local language, handle calls, determine customer entitlement, document requests, dispatch technicians, and escalate issues as needed.
- Monitor and manage service requests via email, document information, ensure customer entitlement, and update work orders.
- Gather and record problem information, generate incident reports, and review incident history for recurring faults.
- Follow global call-taking tools, processes, and procedures.
- Document, verify, and correct service requests and customer profiles; communicate with Customer Advocates for profile changes.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to team goals, and engage in process and system improvement projects.
- Handle high volumes of customer calls and perform extended PC and telephone usage.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- 0-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including listening skills.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Enthusiastic, hard-working, and able to work independently.
- Keyboard proficiency with a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
- Understanding of Windows-based applications and basic customer location/geography knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree preferred.
