The Life Cycle Manager (LCM) leads projects within their area of responsibility and is accountable for their successful implementation. This includes ensuring supply continuity, regulatory compliance, managing project timelines and budgets, mitigating risks effectively, and creating/executing submission strategies.
Key Responsibilities For Novartis Healthcare Recruitment Drive:
- Lead projects for all Lifecycle events (LCE) in the assigned area (DS, DP, FP for assigned Product(s)).
- Form project teams during kick-off meetings and organize project meetings.
- Develop regulatory submission strategies in collaboration with RA-CMC and E2E-Supply Network Planning Manager.
- Identify opportunities for harmonization/bundling to reduce complexity and prioritize across Life Cycle Projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for project information dissemination and local data set-up.
- Ensure project reporting in Life Cycle (LC) reporting tools and communicate relevant information post-submission.
- Manage project activities to ensure regulatory-compliant implementation and communicate changes to stakeholders.
Essential Requirements For Novartis Healthcare Recruitment Drive:
- Education: University degree (technical, science, pharmaceutical, project management, supply chain management preferred) or equivalent.
- 12 years in the biopharmaceutical industry, with extensive experience in Life Cycle management of DP, DS, and FS.
- Experience in product launch, transfer, change, divestment, pruning, and new product development.
- Experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in large molecules.
- Preferred experience in Operations, Quality, Manufacturing Science, or related departments.
- Strong communication skills, project management techniques, analytical approach, and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
