What You’ll Do
As an Operations Intern in Facilities & Building at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Milan, you will support the Building Team under the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) Operations Director. This internship provides hands-on experience in building operations and space management. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Daily Operations: Assisting the Building Team in managing and coordinating suppliers related to space utilization and ensuring service level achievements.
- New Offices and Building Implementation: Assisting with procedures and activities related to new office setups and building projects.
- Innovative Solutions: Supporting the implementation of new, innovative, and digital solutions within building operations.
- Supplier Management: Handling daily supplier management tasks such as on-site inspections, communication for authorized entrances, office signage, etc.
- Canteen Service Management: Supporting the canteen team in managing supplier-related activities such as order collection, meal count, and monthly cost checks for consumables and related expenses.

- Education: Ongoing or completed educational path, preferably in Architecture.
