PT – Service Support

  • Generate service quotes from BPC and handle quote requests.
  • Keep the service opportunities CRM up to date.
  • Respond to and follow up with customers regarding service POs and quote requests.
  • Coordinate with the UK factory for timely delivery of spares.
  • Manage coordination between customers and the UK for service POs.
  • Maintain and update the service spares inventory.
  • Generate and update service calls on CRM.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as required.
