About the Team:
The Collections team acts as the liaison between creditors and consumers. This team monitors accounts for overdue payments, manages collection activities, addresses client queries, and develops repayment plans.
About the Role:
The Collections – Junior Manager will be responsible for achieving collection targets for assigned branches. This role involves ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, monitoring collection practices, and maintaining adherence to the Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve collection targets for the assigned branches.
- Meet collection targets for the specific products.
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines for collections.
- Oversee collection agencies and in-house collectors to ensure adherence to legal standards.
- Monitor and prevent fraudulent practices to avoid losses.
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct and ensure that it is followed by all involved parties.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: More than 1 year of relevant experience in a collections role.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills.
