What You Will Achieve
As part of the business support team, you will:
- Represent your unit on administrative matters, recommending and implementing internal policies and procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks to maximize business efficiencies.
- Support services like event planning, customer service, publications, and technical writing/editing.
- Participate in process improvement activities and collaborate with team members.
- Leverage team knowledge to develop your own work products.
Responsibilities
- Manage your time and professional development, prioritize workflows, and be accountable for results.
- Execute digital campaigns as per content plans in conjunction with Marketing and Medical teams.
- Support special projects and new digital promotion models.
- Assist marketing teams in campaign execution, monitoring, optimization, and report management.
- Manage web platforms and digital channels for optimized user experiences.
- Update health professional platforms according to policies and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain local documentation as required by legislation.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager on digital editorial calendars and approvals.
- Provide analytical insights to support functional decisions and performance tracking through KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with norms, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience.
- Experience in Marketing, digital marketing, or commercial roles.
- High attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Ability to solve routine problems and convey issues constructively.
- Ability to make basic decisions understanding their consequences.
- Understanding of both pharma industry and scientific academic research environments.
- Knowledge of commercial processes or business analytics processes.
