Internship Scope (Duties & Responsibilities)
- Support Changeover Cleanings Campaigns from production end to start-up.
- Track equipment changeover cleaning per Quality and EHS standards.
- Address quality and safety-related manufacturing issues.
- Identify, implement, and monitor technical solutions for cleaning issues.
- Monitor and implement improvements in equipment changeover cleaning.
Skills to be Developed
- Experience in cGMP and GDP practices in pharmaceutical industries.
- Knowledge in safety and quality standards.
- Understanding of various equipment functions.
- Data interpretation, trend identification, and forecasting impact.
- People skills, teamwork, and cross-functional coordination.
- Communication skills—verbal, written, and graphical representation.
Basic Skill Requirements
- Engineering background preferred.
- Creative, innovative, and project leadership skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office—Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Duration of Internship
- 6 months.
Course of Study
- Diploma / Degree from Institute of Technical Education, Polytechnic, or University.

- On Premise at Pfizer, Tuas.
