Job Description
Siemens Advanta is looking for a Graduate Trainee Engineer to join their team in Pune. As a part of this role, you will:
- Analyze requirements and implement software solutions according to design (coding).
- Implement and test solutions (Unit Test) ensuring adherence to organizational and project quality processes.
- Investigate and resolve software errors.
- Work with a team in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to the development lifecycle.
Desired Qualification and Knowledge
- B.E./B.Tech with strong knowledge of coding or scripting languages.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, with good oral and written communication skills.
