Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering quality beverages and maintaining a clean store environment.
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture and values of TATA Starbucks.
- Anticipate customer needs and maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Welcome and connect with every customer, enhancing their service experience.
