- For Deputy Director:
- Officers from the Central Government holding analogous posts or with relevant regular service in Pay Matrix Level 10 or above, with the required years of experience.

- For Senior Accounts Officer:
- Officers from the Central Government holding analogous posts or with relevant regular service in Pay Matrix Level 8 or above.
- The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, MBA (Finance), or have passed the SAS/equivalent examination.

The selected candidate will receive a salary within the range of Rs. 67700 – Rs. 208700 in Pay Matrix Level-11 as per the 7th Central Pay Commission. - Senior Accounts Officer:
The selected candidate will receive a salary within the range of Rs. 56100 – Rs. 177500 in Pay Matrix Level-10 as per the 7th Central Pay Commission.
