Role Overview:
As a Creator Growth Associate, you will play a critical role in expanding our creator funnel and working closely with both Indian and international content creators. You will be responsible for scouting and onboarding creators, analyzing market trends, developing content ideas, and executing growth programs. The ideal candidate prioritizes execution, thrives in ambiguity, and has experience in influencer marketing and content creation.
Responsibilities:
- Scout and onboard content creators across various platforms to build a talent stream and maintain a steady content pipeline.
- Collaborate with creators to ensure consistent, high-quality brand endeavors.
- Stay updated on social media trends and ideate and execute effective campaigns.
- Build and maintain long-lasting partnerships with content creators and networks.
- Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on investment (ROI) by identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and handle communications with external parties.
Prerequisites:
- 2-3 years of experience in a growth or influencer marketing role.
- Strong understanding of growth strategies, influencer marketing, and analytics.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience curating and consuming content across platforms, specifically Instagram and YouTube.
- A founder mindset with a high level of motivation, passion, proactivity, and ownership.
- Strong affinity for health and fitness as a domain and lifestyle.
