Project Manager

Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to manage the delivery of a project by driving operations and delivery governance, ensuring the right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and the cost of delivery.
Responsibilities
Delivery Management
- Seamless Delivery: Deploy optimum project delivery structure, create quarterly project charters, and ensure 100% adherence to schedules, quality, efforts, and costs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with project SLAs, information security protocols, and customer contractual obligations.
- Audit Management: Drive various project-related audits and ensure zero non-compliance.
- Team Coordination: Liaise between customer and internal technical delivery team, engage with QA team, and maintain project structure in Confluence & SAP.
Client Relationship Management
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to deploy multiple solutions, conduct regular customer connections, identify and close early warnings, and plan and conduct QBRs.
- Performance Monitoring: Design and monitor project performance dashboards and reports with clients.
Delivery Governance
- Monitoring: Create MIS and reports to monitor project status, conduct periodic reviews, identify and resolve risks, and review revenue allocations.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to delivery leadership team on overall delivery performance.
Operational Excellence
- Automation: Identify and drive automation opportunities; interact with the tools team for new tools deployment.
- Innovation: Brainstorm for improvement opportunities, drive value-added, and run idea campaigns.
Knowledge Management
- Internal Training: Contribute to internal training sessions, deploy knowledge management portal, and track trainings.
Capability Development and Talent Pipeline Creation
- Demand Forecasting: Forecast talent requirements, create and deploy workplans for talent supply.
- Training Compliance: Ensure training compliance, drive rotations for seed positions, and connect with critical talent for career development.
Fresher Engagement Program
- Rookie Assimilation: Ensure stable arrangement and assimilation of rookies.
Team Management
- Resourcing and Talent Management: Forecast and hire adequate resources, ensure onboarding and training, build internal talent pool, manage team attrition, and drive diversity.
- Performance Management: Set goals, conduct performance reviews, track satisfaction scores, and facilitate rewards.
