Job Description for the YASH Technologies Recruitment Drive:
YASH Technologies, a leading technology integrator, is seeking SAP WM professionals with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA WM. Key responsibilities include:
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA WM, preferably having worked on at least two S/4 HANA projects.
- Passion for new technologies, ability to adapt quickly, and ability to train junior resources.
- Keeping updated with the latest advances in technology.
- Experience in different phases of the project life cycle, including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, customization, integration and testing, production cutover, and support.
- Responsible for process establishment & rationalization of resources for better billability, resulting in optimized resource utilization.
- Managing operational tasks, issues, & risks for projects.
- Reviewing team performance, identifying areas for improvement, & implementing improvement plans.
- Following quality standards for projects and meeting organizational and customer quality benchmarks.
- Improving operational efficiency & working on opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintaining close relations with customers to forecast upcoming opportunities and plan accordingly.
- Regular project review meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
- Defining SLAs for support engagements and managing SLA-driven service delivery in a managed services model.
- Coordination of offshore connectivity and application access setup for new engagements and delivery locations.
