Position Summary For Bain & Company Recruitment Drive :
- This position is part of an agile team and tests the software applications developed by that team. It includes planning and conducting manual testing and reporting the test results.
Requirement understanding (20%) For Bain & Company Recruitment Drive :
- Understand functional and non-functional requirements and the business context for which the application is being developed. Participate in meetings and calls pertaining to requirements and clarification of requirement issues.
Test Planning, Design, Execution, and Defect Management (60%) For Bain & Company Recruitment Drive :
- Design and document test scenarios and manual test cases for the functional and non-functional requirements.
- Execute the test cases and prepare test logs.
- Report any defects found during the execution using the project’s defined defect management tool.

- Work with the team to ensure bugs found in testing are resolved and retested. Update the status accordingly.
