Job Description:
On behalf of their public sector client, Affinity is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to resolve customer issues by following best practices. This role involves updating troubleshooting documentation in the knowledge base and utilizing it to provide support.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues using best practices.
- Update troubleshooting documentation in the knowledge base.
- Provide support over various communication channels as part of the IT service desk.
Qualifications:
- Required Skills:
- Proficiency with basic software solutions.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Familiarity with updating and using a knowledge base.
- General knowledge of computer systems, analysis techniques, and ITIL processes.
- Required Experience:
- 24+ months of Service Desk/Tier 1 experience or equivalent support experience.
- Desired Qualifications:
- Bilingual (French), ITIL V3/4, KCS, M365.
