Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Advocacy:
- Act as the customer’s advocate and resolve requests both internally and externally.
- Support Requests:
- Receive, log, and respond to all post-acceptance support requests.
- Identify customer issues and provide solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Technical Assistance:
- Provide remote support for software and hardware issues, including installation, troubleshooting, and configuration.
- Documentation:
- Document clear descriptions of customer issues and progress towards resolution.
- Develop technical documentation, FAQs, and maintain a knowledge database.
- Client Interaction:
- Proactively work with clients to ensure system uptime and optimal use of system functionality.
- Provide clear answers, explanations, and resolutions to customers.
- Internal Collaboration:
- Assist internal departments with ongoing project issues.
Skills Required:
- Experience:
- 0-1 year in a Call Centre/Help Desk environment (freshers are welcome).
- Technical Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of networking, databases, desktop, servers, and software application troubleshooting.
- Understanding of hardware and software components.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer approach and interpersonal skills.
