Job Description Ethnus Hiring For Intern:
- Design, develop, and roll out MIS templates/formats to capture real-time data for ongoing projects in consultation with project teams.
- Coordinate with multiple project teams to compile, clean, and analyze data while ensuring data quality.
- Maintain dashboards and weekly program records and updates.
- Support program team and project leads in data analysis for periodic project reviews.
- Conduct field visits to understand field realities and challenges faced by IPs on the ground and collect insights for incorporating into MIS.
- Coordinate with colleges/institutes/NGO agencies to access desired data as required.
- Support Project Managers to ensure smooth functioning of project MIS and fulfill project MEL requirements.
- Follow up with candidates on completion of the course along with certification.
