Job Summary:
Fidelity International is seeking an Associate to join their Client and Account Management (IQC) department in Gurgaon, India. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, conducting process control assessments, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
About the Opportunity:
The role focuses on monitoring the work undertaken by Fidelity’s Retail business to ensure transactions meet regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include conducting Process Control Assessments (PCA), analyzing error trends, performing Root Cause Analysis, and driving quality improvement initiatives.
About You:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance processes.
- Proficiency in devising and establishing Quality procedures.
- Ability to develop and implement process improvements proactively.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical tools and data analysis.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with complex Excel sheets and PowerPoint presentations.
- Familiarity with MS Access and SharePoint is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., FCA’s Treating Customers Fairly regime).
