Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Software Testing Engineer proficient in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Responsibilities:
- Manual Testing:
- Execute manual test cases and analyze results.
- Identify, record, and document bugs.
- Perform regression testing and review system specifications.
- Test Automation:
- Assist in creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Execute automated test scripts and contribute to framework improvements.
- Test Planning and Documentation:
- Develop comprehensive test plans and maintain detailed documentation.
- Ensure test documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with development, design, and product teams.
- Communicate issues clearly and effectively.
- Performance and User Experience Testing:
- Assist in performance and usability testing.
- Analyze results and provide feedback.
- Continuous Improvement and Reporting:
- Stay updated with new testing tools and strategies.
- Prepare reports on testing progress and metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- ISTQB certification (nice to have).
- Knowledge of performance testing tools and cloud platforms.
