About the Internship:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the software.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering exceptional customer support and service.
