Your Job:
- Analyze and monitor usage logs/activity reports from various IT systems to detect abnormal, suspicious, or risky behavior.
- Evaluate the potential impact and likelihood of identified risks by analyzing patterns, behaviors, and historical data in the context of user activity.
- Investigate insider threat cases in collaboration with designated business contacts (e.g., user’s Supervisor, Legal, Compliance, HR).
- Document insider threat cases from detection through closure, including analysis, investigation findings, and corrective actions.
- Develop trusted partnerships with business stakeholders and align on investigative findings and corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the insider threat program through automation or process improvements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technology-oriented and motivated to stay updated with new and evolving technologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Experience with insider threat detection and mitigation programs.
- Familiarity with alert tuning, preventative controls, and playbook updates.
- Understanding of IT security frameworks and best practices.
