The Immigrant Rights Project at the ACLU has an opening for a Legal Internship in either New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. The project focuses on protecting the civil rights and civil liberties of immigrants and seeks equal justice under the law.

  • Drafting memoranda, affidavits, and briefs
  • Conducting legal and policy research
