Your Job:
- Support the deployment of Fusion across Molex divisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing productivity and efficiency.
- Integrate change management processes, specifically Fusion and PCN, collaborating with stakeholders to streamline processes.
- Provide training, virtual office hours, and content creation support for Fusion deployment and ongoing sustainment.
- Assist in onboarding new groups within the TIS Division to ensure smooth integration and adoption of Fusion.
- Collaborate with BOM Management Process Lead to integrate change management processes with BOM management and drive process improvements.
- Identify gaps in systems and processes, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage Jira tickets to address gaps.
- Define and implement continuous improvement plans based on user feedback to optimize training and deployment processes.
- Support data migration strategies as part of Fusion deployment.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Product Development Process (PDP), Change Management processes, BOM, and PCN.
- Familiarity with TeamCenter and other relevant tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across multiple divisions and business units.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Experience with issue management systems such as JIRA.
- Familiarity with BOM management and data migration strategies.
- Experience in content creation, training, and onboarding processes.
