Job Description:
The Customer Service Assistant I is responsible for supporting department objectives by performing accurate data entry, processing customer requests, and maintaining high standards of quality and service excellence. This role requires effective time management, the ability to handle multiple currencies, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry using various computer programs.
- Proofread entered data and generate reports as required.
- Manage records, distribute mail, and handle emails.
- Promote high standards of quality and service excellence.
- Process work in a timely manner to meet productivity goals.
- Handle international orders and multiple currencies accurately.
- Manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Support local and other customer service teams as needed.
- Provide chat support in multiple languages, including local language and English.
- Maintain regular attendance and adapt to business changes.
- Work well under pressure and support the company’s quality and service expectations.
- Maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English.
- Ability to type data for long periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software.
- Ability to read and interpret spreadsheets and printed reports.
- Willingness to use telephone headsets.
- Neat and legible handwriting.
Requirements:
- Requires any Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent reading and writing in English.
- Ability to type data for extended periods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
