Job Summary:
As a Software Tester at Nissan Digital Hub, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of digital projects aimed at solving challenging business problems. This position involves reviewing software requirements, preparing test scenarios, executing tests (both manual and automated), and contributing to the overall strategic vision of Nissan’s digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing software requirements/user stories and preparing test scenarios.
- Executing tests (Manual/Automated) on software usability.
- Conducting all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
- Designing and developing automation scripts when needed.
- Preparing reports on all aspects related to software testing and communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.
- Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
- Applying quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
- Providing support and documentation as necessary.
Software Tester Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Software Tester or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science or related field.
- Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
- Working knowledge of both manual and automated test techniques.
- Experience in testing within the manufacturing or supply chain domain preferred.
- Working knowledge of programming.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Sense of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
