Job Description:

• Join a team of 250 engineers working on building features, tools, APIs, and integrations for Remote’s products.
• Develop and maintain backend systems using Elixir, Phoenix, and Postgres.
• Work on a fully remote basis with flexible hours and no mandatory standups or meetings.
• Handle complex challenges that enable global remote work and contribute significantly to the company’s growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently to develop software solutions.

Remote Compensation Philosophy:

• The base salary range for this role is $38,900 USD to $87,500 USD, determined by factors such as location, skills, and experience. Remote ensures fair compensation globally and supports local talent hiring.
