Responsibilities:
- Incident Logging and Email Handling: Log incidents received via email and respond to internal and external customer emails with necessary information and support.
- Ticket Management: Open, update, and close tickets in the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.
- Daily Reporting in Excel: Generate daily reports in Excel related to incident metrics, response times, or other relevant data.
- Quality Checks: Perform basic quality checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures.
- Dashboard Maintenance: Maintain dashboards used by the team for operational monitoring.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for incident management and various projects.

Qualifications:
