Purpose and Scope of Position:
The Store Manager is crucial in leading store operations, managing the team, achieving sales targets, and handling customer service issues. This role is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling, assigning, and following up on partner tasks.
- Ensure a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events and maintain store standards.
- Achieve financial objectives, manage store revenue, handle cash, and ensure inventory availability.
- Customer Service:
- Model a ‘customer first’ attitude and train partners to deliver legendary service.
- Solicit customer feedback and address complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership:
- Interview, train, and manage store partners, including setting goals and performance reviews.
- Encourage independent decision-making and develop strategic and operational plans.
- Compliance and Performance:
- Ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements.
- Analyze sales figures, forecast future sales, and implement corrective actions as needed.
