Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Screening:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, etc.).
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Maintain regular contact with potential candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by addressing queries and concerns.
- Job Posting and Advertising:
- Help in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Monitor the effectiveness of job postings and suggest improvements.
- Database Management:
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of candidate information.
