About the Role:
The Hardware division at Ultrahuman is building health and wellness-focused wearable devices that let people understand their bodies better and take control of their metabolic fitness. We are looking for a talented Firmware Developer who knows Bluetooth inside and out and is excited to work on consumer-focused products.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement software features primarily on a Bluetooth SoC.
- Develop software in an RTOS environment on ARM-based platforms.
- Develop firmware and test software for STM, Atmel, Nordic, and ARM microcontroller families across different verticals.
- Develop required scripts to support test frameworks.
- Debug, test, and validate the product software.
- Work closely with the Hardware engineering team to increase the power efficiency of the hardware by tuning algorithms.
Who We Are Looking For:
- BE/ME/MTech with 3+ years of experience in Firmware Development.
- Experience with C programming and debugging is a must.
- Experience in data processing and knowledge of MATLAB is preferable.
- 2+ years of experience in hands-on software development in the Bluetooth/BLE domain, including application, framework, Bluetooth stack, or drivers.
- Experience in medical electronics and product development lifecycle is a plus.
- Affinity towards learning and exploring the various stages involved in the hardware product development cycle.
- Excitement about working on seemingly impossible tasks.
- Super motivated, passionate, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of tasks and executing them independently.
- A strong affinity towards health and fitness as a domain and as a lifestyle is a plus.
