Role Overview
As a Software Engineer in Technical Support at Conga, you will play a crucial role in resolving complex issues related to our revenue lifecycle management solutions. This position involves troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing product features to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Code Analysis and Debugging: Isolate software bugs and debug system logs to identify root causes of issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Support Engineers and Product Management teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Customization and Enhancement: Write and develop codes for customizing and improving product features as needed.

Requirements

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced SQL scripting, Java, .NET, SQL, SFDC; familiarity with Visual Basic and C# is desired.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
