Overview:
As an L2 Associate, you will act as the primary interface between Amazon and our delivery partners. You will be responsible for identifying and troubleshooting delivery partner issues, providing process improvement suggestions, and maintaining high performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications:
- Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university.

- Ability to concentrate and follow customer issues to resolution.
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
