Main Accountabilities:
The Support Engineer IT ServiceDesk ensures the following accountabilities:
- Execute the daily operations of first-line IT support, following procedures and work instructions for support activities.
- Ensure overall service quality and measure service levels by documenting every support intervention.
- Provide first-line IT support including call and chat support, analysis, resolution, and clear communication to end-users.
- Resolve standard requests such as password resets, configuration of access rights to IT systems, etc.
- Deliver basic functional support on business systems such as O365, ERP, CRM, BI.
- Investigate and analyze correlation between individual issues to ensure correct urgency and impact assessment.
- Troubleshoot complex issues before escalating to second-line support.
- Continuously improve IT service delivery processes and tooling in collaboration with the corporate IT Service Coordinator.
- Proactively develop and promote end-user documentation or self-service options.
- Act as an ambassador for the larger IT community.
