Job Description:

We are looking for smart, dynamic candidates to join us as trainees at our India Global Technology Center (GTC) based in Mumbai. This is a learning and growth opportunity to develop Oral Care (OC), Personal Care & Home Care products (PC/HC) to address consumer needs/trends in Europe, Africa Eurasia & Indian subcontinent markets. The trainee will be involved in all activities related to product development, from raw material organization/testing to batch making, stability analysis, and inventory management as per standard protocols. Trainees will also participate in maintaining EOHS & Quality standards ensuring safety and product quality. This role involves strong partnerships with cross-functional teams within India GTC and other GTCs & plants. The tenure for a trainee is proposed to be 22 months from the date of joining.

What You Will Do:

• Develop new products in OC/PC/HC as per brief and provide support in technology transfer to manufacturing plants.
• Make/screen prototypes/formulas, monitor stability per protocol, and analyze products to establish stability/performance data.
• Qualify new vendors for Raw & pack material.
• Source/order/inventory raw materials for associated projects.
• Understand the manufacturing facility setup and impart the requirements during product making.
• Daily verification and calibration of basic OC/PC/HC equipment.
• Conduct basic analysis on various OC/PC/HC products (Rheology/Foam/Physiochemical parameters) and document results as per internal standards.
