Join our dynamic Talent Excellence team as a recruitment intern. Your role will involve providing crucial support in coordinating various aspects of the hiring process, ensuring smooth execution of interviews, candidate communication, and ATS management.
Key Responsibilities Fynd Internship Drive:
- Interview Co-ordination: Source relevant profiles, schedule interviews, and communicate details promptly.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates, address queries, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- ATS Maintenance: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
- Support for Calling and Shortlisting: Assist in initial candidate screening and shortlisting.
