Job Description For HBC INDIA Recruitment Drive :

Digital Item Lifecycle teams add thousands of new items to the websites each week. The trainee for sample management is responsible for ensuring a superior customer shopping experience as a result of executing the online merchandising and product information strategy for multiple categories of business. The objectives will be met by ensuring category merchandising is reflective of the site merchandising strategy for assigned areas of business. The associate is also responsible for communicating with vendors and buyers, requesting and validating copy attributes, and ultimately pushing all items through the digital item lifecycle.

Responsibilities For HBC INDIA Recruitment Drive :

  • Ownership over designated categories of business with the goal of achieving all accuracy targets, maintaining/decreasing the NOS inventory, and ensuring compliance with Go Live dates and Time to site SLAs for the respective areas.
  • Serve as the liaison between buyers, E-com team members, digital lifecycle teams, and studio teams.
  • Perform checks on items created by the merchandising team to ensure attributes required by the sample team are available and in the correct place.
  • Responsible for procuring & processing digital assets, brand merchandising across all categories. Responsible for any delay in items due to lack of information from the vendors.
  • Collecting images, copying information, and processing them in our system. This includes ensuring correct images are provided, importing copy points, and auditing for correctness and completeness before sending it to the downstream teams.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners via email when more information is needed or correct issues that may have been sent to the team.
  • Continue to audit workflow of aging items, track, communicate and follow up with teams to ensure items are going live in time.
