Major Accountabilities
- Scientific Experiments: Plan, organize, perform, and document scientific experiments and GMP testing.
- Special Tools/Equipment: Utilize and maintain specialized tools and equipment.
- Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and contribute to solutions for conflict situations.
- Quality Standards: Work according to appropriate standards for quality, ethics, health, safety, environmental protection, and information security.
- Documentation: Document raw data, evaluate and interpret results, and support the design of future experiments.
- Data Review: Review and verify raw data generated by others and approve tests/experiments.
- Technical Writing: Write protocols, scientific reports, or lab procedures.
- Method Development: Develop new methods or optimize existing methods/processes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with cGMP for GMP units.
- Knowledge Exchange: Foster knowledge exchange and train associate scientists and technicians.
- Project Participation: Participate in function-specific sub-teams and fulfill assigned project tasks.
