Responsibilities
- Control-M Operations: Monitor Control-M jobs, servers, agents, and perform job flow analysis and troubleshooting.
- Job Scheduling: Manage Control-M job scheduling and resources effectively.
- Administration: Administer Control-M users via Control-M Security and LDAP, manage Control-M Self Service, BIM, and ForeCast modules.
- Technical Support: Coordinate with Control-M Job Owners to analyze and resolve issues, perform error analysis, and document procedures.
- System Maintenance: Support maintenance of Control-M servers, agents, and databases.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience working with Control-M in a similar role.
- Scripting Skills: Proficiency in SHELL/POWERSHELL scripting preferred.
- Platform Experience: Installation and management of Control-M EM, servers, and agents on Unix and Windows platforms.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with Control-M module installations (e.g., Hadoop, databases, AFT).
